My wife beat me into the 21st Century with her skiing blog so I had to join her.
I plan on writing about my experiences from 15 years of being an outsider in Utah. I promise to try not to turn this into a non-stop Mormon bashing experience.
I have been known to be 'strong in my opinion' and 'particular' and I have always checked that box next to "friends look to me for advice" whenever I fill out some stupid survey. Things that I am particular about include; food, wine, toys and living in Utah. I will try my hand at some dining reviews and as part of that I will be letting you know just what I think of what passes as 'service' at some of the dining establishments I frequent here in Utah.
